Our mission
Wisio helps researchers — especially those writing in English as a second language — draft clear, publishable scientific manuscripts. We embed AI inside the writing flow: inline suggestions, a draft-aware Advisor, real PubMed and Crossref citations, and Precision Mode that grounds suggestions in PDFs you upload instead of inventing claims.
Who we are
Wisio was founded in 2023 by Antonio Carlos Filho , a scientist and full-stack engineer with a background in biotechnology research. The product is built for graduate students, postdocs, and faculty who need academic English and accurate references without leaving their manuscript editor.
